Quick summary

  • You are responsible for your account, your site access, and any changes you approve or publish through Seora.
  • You keep ownership of your content and site data, while granting Seora the permissions needed to provide the service.
  • AI-assisted suggestions should be reviewed before relying on them for legal, compliance, revenue, or ranking decisions.
  • We may limit or suspend access for abuse, security risk, unlawful use, or material violation of these terms.
Review first

High-impact fixes should be checked by your team before publication.

Your data

You retain ownership of your site content, audit inputs, and organization data.

Beta

Some features may change, pause, or ship with limited availability during beta.

Using Seora

You may use Seora only for lawful business or personal SEO work on sites you own, manage, or are authorized to audit. You must not use the service to attack systems, scrape data unlawfully, bypass access controls, or infringe another party's rights.

  • Provide accurate account and organization information.
  • Use crawls, exports, APIs, and connector actions within documented limits.
  • Do not interfere with the service, other users, or third-party platforms.

Accounts, permissions, and site access

You are responsible for keeping login credentials secure and for managing who can access your organization. When you connect a site or platform, you represent that you have the authority to grant Seora the requested access.

  • Review connector scopes before approving them.
  • Remove team members or integrations when they no longer need access.
  • Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized account or connector use.

Content, data, and AI output

You retain ownership of your site content and the data you provide. You grant Seora the rights needed to crawl, analyze, transform, store, display, and transmit that content to provide the service. AI output may be incomplete, outdated, or unsuitable for a specific situation.

  • Review generated titles, descriptions, schema, copy, redirects, and technical changes before applying them.
  • Do not submit data that you are not allowed to process through Seora.
  • Do not treat AI output as legal, financial, tax, security, or professional advice.

Plans, beta access, and availability

During beta, features may be free, invite-only, limited, experimental, or changed without notice. If paid plans are introduced, plan limits, renewal rules, taxes, refunds, and cancellation terms will be shown in the product or ordering flow.

  • We may add, remove, or modify beta features while we learn from usage.
  • Service interruptions can happen during maintenance, incidents, provider outages, or security response.
  • Usage limits may apply to crawls, exports, AI generation, connector actions, and team seats.

Liability and changes

Seora is provided as a tool to help you make better SEO decisions, not as a guarantee of ranking, traffic, revenue, or platform approval. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Seora is provided without warranties and our liability is limited.

  • Search rankings and AI answer visibility depend on third-party systems outside our control.
  • You are responsible for reviewing and backing up important site changes.
  • We may update these terms and will provide notice when changes are material.
