Quick summary

  • We collect account details, site URLs, audit data, connector permissions, support messages, and basic product telemetry.
  • We use that data to provide audits, generate recommendations, secure the service, improve the product, and support customers.
  • We do not sell personal data. Service providers only receive data needed to operate Seora.
  • You can request access, correction, export, or deletion by contacting the Seora team.
No sale

Seora does not sell personal data or site audit data to third-party advertisers.

Least access

Connector permissions should be scoped to the actions required for audit, preview, apply, or reporting.

Reviewable

Important automated fixes are designed to be previewed before they are applied.

Information we collect

Seora may collect the information you provide directly and the information needed to audit and improve a website. This can include account profile data, email or phone contact details, organization and site names, URLs, crawl results, page metadata, issue evidence, uploaded or generated reports, and support conversations.

  • Authentication and account data, such as name, email, phone number, session state, and organization membership.
  • Site and audit data, such as pages crawled, status codes, titles, descriptions, links, schema, performance metrics, and generated recommendations.
  • Connector data, such as OAuth tokens, permission scopes, sync status, and change logs when you connect supported platforms.

How we use information

We use data to operate the product, generate SEO insights, prioritize tasks, personalize localized reporting, prevent abuse, debug errors, and communicate with users about their account or beta access.

  • Run crawls, build site graphs, detect SEO issues, and generate suggested fixes.
  • Maintain service reliability, monitor security events, troubleshoot bugs, and improve product quality.
  • Send transactional messages about login, audit status, product changes, support, or important policy updates.

Service providers and connectors

We may use trusted infrastructure, analytics, communication, authentication, AI, and hosting providers to deliver Seora. When you connect a third-party platform, Seora processes the data and permissions needed to perform the requested workflow.

  • Providers are expected to process data only for the service functions we request.
  • Connector access is used for actions you authorize, such as reading site data, preparing fixes, or applying reviewed changes.
  • If billing is enabled, payment details should be handled by a payment processor rather than stored directly by Seora.

Retention and security

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the product, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, secure the service, and maintain audit history. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no internet service can be guaranteed perfectly secure.

  • Audit history may remain available in your workspace unless you delete it or request deletion.
  • Connector tokens can be revoked through the connected platform or through Seora where supported.
  • Backups and logs may be retained for a limited period for reliability, security, and recovery.

Your choices

Depending on your location and account status, you may request access, correction, export, restriction, objection, or deletion of personal data. Some requests may require identity or account verification before we act.

  • Contact us from the email tied to your account so we can verify the request.
  • You can disconnect integrations when you no longer want Seora to access a platform.
  • Some operational records may be retained where required for security, legal compliance, or dispute handling.
